Andrew and Fiona married on a hot summer’s day at the Cloisters of San Francesco in the heart of Sorrento and their intimate wedding reception followed at the super stylish boutique hotel Relais Blu.
Their fabulous wedding day in Sorrento began at the Conca Park Hotel and whilst the bride and bridal party were enjoying the expert hair and makeup services of Jimena Puy, the gents congregated in their traditional Scottish kilts and enjoyed some cold beers and time with talented photographer Francesco Quaglia.
The bride arrived at the Cloisters in a luxury chauffeur driven sedan and guests awaited her arrival with musical accompaniment from a harp and violinist.
Post ceremony, guests were transferred to Relais Blu whilst Andrew and Fiona enjoyed a photo shoot with Francesco in the centre of Sorrento. Relais Blu is a small luxury hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant situated in a green luxurious Mediterranean shrub garden. The views from this incredible hotel are unrivalled and include the Island of Capri and its Faraglioni, Ischia, Procida and Vesuvius.
Guests enjoyed welcome canapés and drinks on the roof terrace with the most stunning backdrop. Dinner took place on the Capri terrace, where an imperial dinner table was perfectly dressed with white flowers and gift boxes for the guests. Speeches took place before dinner evoking a few tears and a lot of laughter. The delicious three course dinner ended with the cutting of the stunning three tier wedding cake.
After dinner the newlyweds and guests moved to enjoy drinks and dancing by the infinity pool.
