Michelle and Michael celebrated their wedding in the enchanting town of Ravello on the Amalfi Coast. Surrounded by a large group of family and friends they married in the idyllic Giardini della Principessa di Piemonte, a beautiful garden setting which offers incredible views of the coastline. The setting was perfectly complimented with accents of gold and deep red roses and Michelle walked down the deep red petal aisle to Elton John’s ‘Tiny Dancer’, played acoustically on the guitar.
After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed a prosecco reception in the main square, giving the newlyweds an ideal opportunity to walk through the through the small, cobbled streets of Ravello with their very talented photographer Alfonso Longobardi, to capture some incredible wedding photography in the most picturesque spots.
The wedding reception was held at Villa Eva, a magnificent villa in a late liberty style set in an incredible panoramic location overlooking the sea. Guests were greeted at the Villa on the incredible ‘Belvedere Edge’ and enjoyed welcome drinks and canapés, whilst admiring the breath-taking view and incredibly tended gardens. Inside the Villa there was a ‘cheesemaker corner’ with local cheesemaker Biagio wowing everyone with his demonstration of how to make mozzarella and encouraging guests to sample the huge range of cheeses on offer.
Dinner followed in the marquee; the tables decorated with stunning floral decoration of gold candelabra and deep red roses and personalised bottles of limoncello were offered as favours for the guests. Speeches came post dinner and then everyone moved to enjoy the rest of the evening, the cutting of the cake and drinks and dancing to a DJ.
Thank you Michelle and Michael for letting us share in your wonderful wedding day!
